2015 KBIS Highlights
LG Hausys Has The Best KBIS Showing Yet
The largest North American kitchen and bath industry stage, the 2015 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show or KBIS, has successfully concluded. Marking the 51st annual show at Las Vegas Convention Center, KBIS was able to gather more than 500 exhibitors with innovative and inspirational kitchen and bath designs and products. Starting from Virginia Tech's FutureHAUS Kitchen to KBIS NeXT Tech Bar, creativity filled the halls of Las Vegas Convention Center during the event. Furthermore, with more than 90 sessions in 11 conference blocks at the NKBA's Voices From The Industry (VFTI), the attendees had plenty to keep busy.
National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and Emerald Expositions, who are KBIS producers and owners respectively, indicated that this year's event saw a five percent growth in attendance. Such numbers are not too surprising as KBIS added 500,000 square feet of space for KBISNeXT, the destination for discovering next innovations in kitchen and bath industry, as well as additional exhibit space. Moreover, continuing the tradition, KBIS co-located with the International Builders' Show (IBS), the winter 2015 Las Vegas Market, Surfaces and The Tile Expo, and The International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE). This combination of events called Design & Construction Week drew more than 125,000 designers, builders, dealers and suppliers and more than 300 members of the media.
In such an inspiration filled event, LG Hausys was lead the pack in bringing creativity filled ideas to KBIS. In fact, with TechTop, the wireless charging solution for HI-MACS and Viatera surface and the winner of Best of Show, it's fair to say 2015 was one of LG Hausys' best appearances yet. In addition to TechTop and its innovative technology, LG Hausys showed off beautiful new colors for its prominent Musica Collection including Nocturne, Octave, Soprano, and Clarino. These colors are expected to add more variety and complexity of patterns to a collection that has grabbed interior designers' attention with its rich combination of large-movement and marble-like patterns.
With the end of the biggest and most successful KBIS showing of all time, LG Hausys has the viewers wondering what other innovations they will see in 2015.
New Musica Colors: Nocturne, Octave, Soprano, and Clarino | Viatera quartz surfaces
Adding to already popular line of Musica, (Nocturne, Octave, Soprano, and Clarino) are expected to draw attention of interior designers looking for more variety and complexity within the pattern. Just like other colors in Musica collection, these new colors have large-movement and marble-like patterns that resemble the rich style of high-end granite with all the advantages of quartz. Moreover, colors like Nocturne and Soprano add neutral colors of dark chocolate and pure white to help match any kitchen and bath design.
*** Note Octave, Soprano and Clarino are expected to launch in June 2015
